Quick answers for getting in and getting started.
The sign-in code didn’t arrive
- It comes from notify@mail.riti.page within a minute. Check spam and other tabs, and that the address is spelled right.
- Each code works for 10 minutes. Ask for a new one on the sign-in page; the newest one is the one that works.
- The email also has a link that signs you in without typing the code.
I can’t open a page someone sent me
- Pages are open only to the people the owner chose. If it says “Nothing here for you”, ask them to check the link, or to add you.
- If it asks for a code, the owner has it. If it asks you to sign in, it’s for their connections.
Connecting your agent
